Phase 1 - Investigation & Assessment
Home Field Advantage - This is your house, these are your people. A true security program should be tailored for YOU.
1. Information Gathering - Our team will meet with yours and determine the capabilities, resources, and objectives of your team.
2. Security Assessment - Our trained investigation team will conduct a security assessment of the facilities. We will develop a tailored approach to securing your site, providing for your people, and streamlining response to medical emergency and active threat.
3. HVT Risk Assessment - Our Investigation team will determine particular vulnerabilities to key personnel, conduct analysis of known and suspected risks, and implement steps to reduce risk exposure for key personnel.
Phase 2 - Organization & Training
1. Our training team steps in to teach role specific skills to volunteers or paid security or medical personnel. This is more than a CPR or Self Defense class, This is role specific training in mindset, skillset, and equipment use taught by experienced professionals who have done the job themselves.
- Range Training for Armed Personnel and Certifications

Phase 3 - Integration
This is where we bring it all together. Live role playing exercises to accommodate likely, and worse case scenarios. Team confidence building exercises to grow experience in role specific duties, and leadership exercises to integrate all the teams into the same response.
